Those of you familiar with The Minority Report and RedState - and even those observant folks who actually read the comments at AoSHQ - may recognize me as DocJ.  Yep, it's me - the one and (God willing) only.

You're underwhelmed.

I don't blame you.

Hopefully you'll stay underwhelmed as we attempt to muddle through the Obamanation together - but perhaps we can manage a laugh or two along the way.

My goal for this site is simple - painfully so.  If you want to blow-off a little steam over the idiocy of our elected morons (and I expect our Dear Leader and my governor, his Mini-Me, Coupe Deval Patrick (D-MA), to provide plenty of material), I want this to be the place you do so.

That's all.  Not to take over the world.  Not to start a revolution, or even a Tea Party.  You want to vent?  The Vent-o-Matic is here to help.

Now, I fully expect to get into solutions as well - really, it's only sporting that if we call-out or political opponents for their absolute fucking stupidity that we be prepared to offer some time-tested alternatives.  But really - seeing as how predictable is the absolute EPIC FAIL! of this Administration (Newsflash for Zero's mouthpiece: you don't need Rush's help to fail - you're doing a swell job on your own, fucktard) really doing much of anything other than standing athwart the path of the Titanic and yelling "ICEBERG!  MORON!!" ought to be enough for us here.

So, why am I not doing this at TMR?  Well, fair question.  Frankly, I really like the folks at TMR - and not in a Andy Sullivan kinda way, really.  The thing is though that they are trying - and largely succeeding, I believe - to become a very serious, thoughtful (though still fun and somewhat subversive) outlet for news and information useful to helping our hapless, brainless, rudderless, leaderless, tits-on-a-bull useless national Republican Party become, what's the word I'm thinking of, oh yeah, less totally fucking stupid.

I support that - fully.

I just don't think I can help them directly in that cause anymore for a couple of reasons...
1) I have a new gig that takes up a whooooooooooole lot of what used to be "blogging time" when I was nominally employed as an independent researcher
2) I therefore don't really have time to argue the finer points of "You're driving the bus that is our Nation into a fucking canyon, libtard!" - but merely the time to yell "CANYON, STOOPID!!"
3) But I still find that I might be useful to the cause in helping friends and fellow-travelers regulate their blood pressure a little better - and have created this forum for that very purpose.

Plus, we can say "fuck" here.

Fuck.  Fuck.  Fuckity.  Fuck. Fucker.

Liberating, eh?

So really, I hope my friends and fellow-travelers from TMR, RS and all make this their natural venting hole - and that "Together We Can" help point out the sheer, raw, naked douchbaggery of our political opponents, leading to their eventual humiliation and, if needed, electoral defeat.
