Way to go, Mr. Post-Racial
So the President of the United States, in his latest televised prime-time intrusion into our lives, was offered the perfect opportunity to show to us what life in a post-racial America would be like. He was, as we all know by know, offered the opportunity to comment on the case of "Skip" Gates, as he's known by His Teleprompterness.
Now, he could have said something along the lines of "You know, it's unfortunate, but let's wait for all the facts to come out and be calm and keep Hope alive blah blah blah" and, you know, actually shown that he is capable of being the racial-healer and Light-Worker he was sold to us as.
Instead, he took the opportunity to demonstrate his ignorance of the facts of the case and to publicly bitch-slap the Police Department of the City of Cambridge, MA.
Obviously this is evidence of that first-class temperament the idiot-cons were claiming we were going to see on display daily were we smart enough to listen to them and elect this inexperienced Chicago machine-pol to the highest elected office in the Land.
Brilliant, indeed.
While the schadenfreude associated with watching perhaps the most stupid-level commie-pinko leftist city east of San Fransisco get slapped-around for racial insensitivity is, of course, sinfully delicious this is clearly not a good development for the country. After all, if we can't believe that President LightWorker isn't the post-racial healer we were told he was - in other words, if he really is just President "I Won" - then what can we believe at all?
Sadly though the President's response to this non-issue is spectacularly unsurprising. In fact, it's about as unsurprising as is the witness of a "distinguished" professor at Harvard - a so-called "educator" of the so-called "best and brightest" - who has made a very comfortable business for himself living off the Perpetual Grievance Industry, who evidently doesn't possess enough common sense to not publicly jump hysterical at people who have arrest powers.
"Don't you know who I am?" will only get you so far in life, Professor. One would think a Distinguished Harvard ProfessorTM would know that by now.

If President Barry doesn't bother to check the facts on this meaningless issue, what other facts are "His Telepromptness" conveniently forgoing? Like, how much money and which banks got the stimulus? How long will the average citizen wait to be served (die) in the new "concentration camp health care" plan? How crushing will the Carbon Footprint Tax (cap and trade) be on small business, which creates the real jobs in the US? When will Acorn begin to confiscate law abiding citizen's guns?
BTW, I thought Teddie Kennedy's Massachusetts was a BLUE state?
